Information we use

We use the business details, contact information, website brief and assets you choose to send to respond to enquiries and deliver your website. The brief form does not upload files or send information automatically: it opens WhatsApp for you to send, or downloads a local copy. We do not ask for passwords.

Why we use it

We process enquiries to take steps towards a contract and project information to perform that contract. We may retain necessary records for legal and accounting obligations and use proportionate security records for our legitimate interests. Optional analytics and advertising operate only with consent.

Services and sharing

Hosting providers process site requests. WhatsApp handles briefs you send there; Calendly handles appointments. Payment information is handled by the payment provider when payment is arranged. Google Analytics and Meta may receive usage events only once configured and with your consent. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable transfer safeguards. We do not sell your brief or send its contents to analytics.

Retention and rights

We keep enquiries only while needed to follow up, and project and transaction records for delivery and applicable legal obligations. You can ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability where applicable, or withdraw optional cookie consent using Cookie settings. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner at ico.org.uk.
